Thanks for stopping by! I’m Jared, owner and sole artist of Critical Ink. I’ve been a critical care nurse for the last 6 years working in ICU’s and ERs across the country. I started drawing and tattooing as an outlet during the start of COVID and that’s led me to where I am today. I’m self taught and know several tattoo styles including, traditional, fine line, small scale black and grey, painterly, and watercolor. I enjoy attending conventions and taking art/tattoo classes to further my skill level on a regular basis. I choose to tattoo because for the first time in my life the clients want to be there, in the shop, receiving awesome artwork. The looks on their faces, admiring their new ink is priceless to me.
